Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-ship purchases may be returned up to 20 days from date of shipment if the items sent to you are not the ones you ordered.  Dye-to-order purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

Refunds

All refunds are issued in the form of a gift card and are currently limited to unshipped items, missing items or items you receive in error.
